You might’ve heard us gush about how much we love mosaic; we call it the “Daniel Day Lewis of hops” because it’s good in everything. We were especially pumped on how guava forward this crop was; the flavor profile is everything we love about mosaic and we can’t wait for you to try it.
Golden Wolf : 6.3% : Unfiltered Cream Ale
Delicate and unfiltered, This sessionable cup of gold is like sunshine in a glass. Layers of the finest imported malts combine with a light charge of floral German hops to create a crisp and highly drinkable ale that will make your coaster lonely.
We took our time with this labor of love and used a cream ale yeast fermented cold and lagered for a month until Golden Wolf was smooth and insanely crushable.
Forbidden Temple: 4.9% :Cherry Pie Sour
