Diving Bell : 5.6% : Honey Lager with Yarrow
Local honey from Halleluyah farms and organic yarrow flower. Bright and effervescent with notes of floral honey, lemongrass, and chamomile.
Invisible Door : 6.9% : Motueka Super Kölsch
Invisible Door utilizes top shelf German Pilsner and Vienna malts, white wheat, and is fermented with a fruity and crisp Kölsch yeast. After cold conditioning for a month, we dry hopped with a beautiful crop of lemon-forward Motueka hops. The result is a beer that pushes the boundaries of style; a citrusy crusher that is both intensely flavorful, and gently warming at 6.9%. Invisible Door boasts flavors of wheat cracker, honey, and lemonheads.

Emerald Spectrum : 6.6% : NEIPA
We threw caution to the wind with our newest juice bomb and dry hopped with an insane amount of Mosaic, Amarillo, and El Dorado. The result is a beer that has an intense aroma of fresh satsuma mandarins and a touch of blueberry that we know and love from Mosaic. The aroma is so bright and citrusy you’ll swear there is fruit in this beer, but there’s not.
The Gray Witch : 3.8% : Dry hopped Grisette
Fermented with one of our favorite Belgian yeast strains and cold conditioned for 2 months before delicately dry hopping with a beautiful crop of lemony Motueka hops. While not necessarily typical for this style we find cold conditioning really helps to round out the flavors and contribute to a balanced and as the Belgians put it, “digestible” beer. The Motueka hops bring lemon zest and citrus flavors which perfectly compliment the clove and spice esthers.
In Velvet : 4.9% : Peach Sour
Popping with loads of fresh peach and beautiful pie crust wheat flavors, In Velvet is the newest fruited Berliner Weisse from the Wolf. We took our time with this delicately tart and balanced beer and we love how the peach flavor blossoms as it sits in the glass. Nice and dry (how we like it!) and strolling in at 4.9%, In Velvet is a beer that was made for Tahoe summer.
Dirt Candy : 5.1% : Foraged Mushroom Ale
Capturing the terroir of the Tahoe National Forest, this earthy, crisp, and balanced forest beer uses foraged turkey tail mushrooms, premium caramel malt, and a touch of campfire smoke. We are proud to present Dirt Candy as the first of our forest beers; a series where we explore the sensory experience of a hike through the Tahoe forest. Our intention with forest beer is to create beers that represent our time and place in one of the most beautiful regions in the world.
